Service Description
At Sure Grade Tutors, our IB/AP Tutoring service connects students with experienced instructors who specialize in advanced material and possess a strong understanding of the IB and AP level. With a commitment to student safety, all our tutors have passed criminal checks, helping to maintain a secure learning environment. Our West vancouver in-person location or online Zoom classes (whatever you prefer) is perfect for your child. At this point we are offering services for English, biology, history, Math, Physics and Chemistry.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Students may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before their session without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours may be charged in full. Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable. Students should arrive on time. Sessions ending late because of a late arrival will not be extended. For group classes, spaces are limited and confirmed only after booking. Parents or guardians may contact us regarding bookings for students under 18. We may cancel or reschedule a session when necessary and will provide advance notice whenever possible.
