Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Students may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before their session without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours may be charged in full. Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable. Students should arrive on time. Sessions ending late because of a late arrival will not be extended. For group classes, spaces are limited and confirmed only after booking. Parents or guardians may contact us regarding bookings for students under 18. We may cancel or reschedule a session when necessary and will provide advance notice whenever possible.
